Jan Keller

Jan Keller is one of the leading Strength & Conditioning Specialists in the Country. At just 26 years of age, he has already established himself as a specialist trainer amongst the elite of sports performers. Jan and his company, Keller Fitness are currently working with International and British Lion Rugby players, Professional Tennis players, Pro Golf players and International Athletes. Through his several years of study and many specialist qualifications, Jan has gained a wealth of both practical and theoretical knowledge that will blow your mind.
Jan is the sole owner of Keller Fitness and currently has over 120 clients on his books. Clients that Jan trains are not just based in the UK, many of his clients are from the USA and Canada. This has been achieved through his integrated and unique ‘Internet Fitness Training System’. A new concept in the world of Strength & Conditioning. Chris Long
Personal Trainer
Qualifications: BSc (Hons) Sport science and Physiology
Personal Profile: I trained at Leeds University gaining a BSc (Hons) in Sport Science and Physiology in 1996, and becoming an accredited Assessor of Fitness Instructors three years later. The main focus of my education has been on exercise science, nutrition and psychological behaviour, training that has contributed greatly to lay the foundation stones of the work I do now.
I have run several successful weight management programmes for large fitness organisations and have been specialising in one to one personal training and lifestyle coaching since 2002. I have played competitive rugby all my life, playing semi-professionally for Leeds Tykes and appearing for Gloucestershire at both under-18 and senior level. I have a wealth of proven, practical experience of both weight management for sporting performance and conditioning for strength and endurance.
