Whatever your current level of fitness, our exercise schedule will provide a class suited to your needs. If you are a beginner speak to one of our instructors who will ease you into the routine, while if you prefer a more active class we will push you to the limit.

CLASSES ARE ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS. YOU SIMPLY PRINT YOUR NAME IN THE CLASS SIGN IN SHEET UP TO 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE RELEVANT CLASS(ES). BACK - TO - BACK CLASSES CAN BE BOOKED UP TO A WEEK AHEAD. THANK YOU. |
